International Consultancy - Supply Chain Specialist – Procurement Services, 3 months, Kinshasa, office based

UNICEF DRC is looking for an Individual Contractor for 3 months to cover for maternity leave. The contractor will be required to make technical decisions on Procurement Services activities, which would include product specifications and quantifications; cost-estimates; delivery schedule and adherence to international and national legal requirements. Given the volume, value & the complexity of procurement services, the incumbent's decisions and professional conduct would affect the Government's/partners'/clients' perception of UNICEF as world leader in the procurement of supplies and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of UNICEF procurement services.

National Legal Consultant - Inclusive Education Legal and Policy Framework

The purpose of this assignment is to provide a review of the national policy and legal framework against the international standards on Inclusive Education (IE). Evidence and data generation are among the key pillars of action in the all these areas. It is in this context that the Health and HIV Unit, within the Data and Analytics team of the Division of Data, Analysis, Planning and Monitoring has prioritized activities related to the measurement, monitoring and reporting of MHPSS related activities, alongside MNCAH priorities, including development of measurement tools for adolescent mental health, development of M&E frameworks across a number of projects, including the global MHPSS framework as well as for specific projects that focus on related areas like social emotional learning, skills development and risk and protective factors.
